What an exciting adventure it is to buy a new home!

So many things to think about as you get started.

Let me help you navigate the process—help you search for homes and evaluate neighborhoods, and find useful information about local resources.

So much has changed with technology advances, and frankly, it's easy to look up homes online. Still, I believe the most important thing you can do for yourself is to team up with a real estate agent whom you trust to be your advocate. It's a complex transaction, and everybody deserves a good advocate to help you:

  • Find a home you love that fits your needs
  • Write a compelling and competitive offer
  • Negotiate with the seller
  • Escort you through the inspection and closing process until you are comfortable in your new home

As a realtor and advocate...

I'm here to minimize your stress and facilitate a smooth transaction. I'd love the opportunity to be your buyer's broker!

Get Pre-Approved for Financing

Before you start looking for a home...

You need to get pre-approved for financing. This strengthens you as a candidate, provides you with an awareness of your comfortable price point, and puts you in a position to write an offer.

Below are the names of some very good lenders I've worked with for years. They all have different styles and they're all good. I recommend talking with a couple of them before making a final decision.
